Jason Anker MBE and Professor Tim Marsh (Anker & Marsh)
Jason’s part of the session focuses on the F-IT Score, a tool that encourages individuals and businesses to recognise their own safety culture and improve decision-making. Jason and Tim will discuss why people make certain choices, especially when it comes to falls from height, and Professor Tim will bring his expertise into how to better understand and influence behaviour in the workplace. The session will also look at how F-IT can create a positive, safe, and happy work environment—ultimately improving productivity, quality and safety.

FAQs
How do I get on the wifi?
There is no password, so you should be able to join the hotel’s network easily. It’s free to use and the network name is Radisson Guest.
Is there a cloakroom?
There will be a coat rail in the breakout area where you can leave coats and jackets – however, please note this will be unstaffed and is at your own risk. If you are staying at the hotel, speak to reception and they will store bags and luggage for you.
Are you catering for my dietary requirements?
If you informed us about dietary requirements on your booking form, we will have passed this information onto the hotel staff and you will be catered for. For lunch and refreshment breaks, food will be served buffet-style. Each item will be labelled with the top 14 major allergens. If your requirements fall outside of those, or if you have any questions, concerns or any requirements that you have not already shared with us, please speak to the hotel staff. If you are not satisfied with the response, please tell a member of No Falls Foundation or AIMS staff.
What time can I check into my room?
If you’ve booked a room at the Radisson Blu, check-in opens at 3pm. Check-out is at 12pm the following day. Breakfast is included for those who booked via the No Falls Foundation. It is served from 6:30am – 10am.
What is the dress code for dinner?
It’s evening dress. Black tie would be lovely, but lounge suits and other formal wear is equally fine too.
What do I do if the fire alarm goes off?
Make your way to the nearest fire exit. There are no fire drills planned during our event.
Is there car parking on site?
Yes, there are 300 parking spaces including 10 accessible spaces. Parking is free – we will provide you with a code to enter into one of the machines at the hotel, along with your vehicle registration (check your emails for this, or see signage on the day). Unfortunately there are no electric charging points, but you can recharge at the nearby Donington Park motorway service station, located on the M1, junction 23A.
Is the event fully accessible for wheelchair users and others with mobility requirements?
Yes, all event spaces are fully accessible. If you need an accessible bedroom (and have not already requested one from us), speak to hotel staff when you check in.
What should I do if I experience any harassment at this event?
We are committed to providing a respectful, harassment-free experience for everyone attending or working at our events. This means that no one is expected to tolerate unacceptable behaviour from others, including offensive ‘banter’, unwanted sexual attention, personal attacks or verbal abuse. If you have any concerns during the event, please tell a member of No Falls Foundation or AIMS staff.
What is No Falls Week?
This event takes place during No Falls Week, a powerful campaign dedicated to promoting safe working at height in the UK. Whether you work in construction, manufacturing, agriculture or any other sector, this campaign aims to equip you with the knowledge, tools and inspiration to prevent falls and ensure everyone that works at height comes down safely.
How can my company support the No Falls Foundation?
You can become a member of the No Falls Supporter Scheme. It’s for companies of all shapes and sizes, in all industry sectors, that want to save lives by stopping falls and can commit to making an annual charitable donation to help us do that. There are four packages available, starting from £450 per year.
